| The
computer model below shows the proposed extension to their farm house.
A small farmhouse has been extended previously (below: grey) , and now it is planned to nearly double the size of the existing house (orange) and add an ancillary building comprising bedroom with wheelchair facilities with a large study/library above (marron). This abuts a covered swimming pool (shown blue) – which is agricultural in scale and appearance. |

Intensive negotiations have been carried
out with the High Wycombe District Council over the passed 18 months,
resulting in Full Planning Approval in August. This also requires
removal of some ugly and large disused farm buildings.
Working drawings are commencing and a
start is envisaged in September 2005.
