Twinch Technology since 1981 has developed a range of software tools and techniques that enable it to examine the performance of the building fabric under a wide range of conditions. Software by itself is of little value unless it is tied to the knowledge and experience gained from applying and interpreting the results in real cases. (see Projects).
In particular the performance of materials within the construction is critical in providing accurate advice. Experience has shown that often laboratory figures provided by manufacturers are usually over-optimistic when it comes to the performance of the same materials fixed on site. The data used by Twinch Technology is that which has been proven in practice over many years.
